Aromatherapy should not be used as a substitute for professional health care.
If you are pregnant, nursing, have high blood pressure, asthma or epilepsy, consult with your physician before using any essential oil.
Essential oils and fragrance oils are very concentrated, so use them carefully.
If you have sensitive skin, test products on inside of wrist before use. If at any time a rash develops, discontinue use. Keep essential oils away from sensitive body areas, such as the eyes.
